Comfort; noun: a state of physical ease and freedom from pain or constraint.
As kids, we are rocked, kissed, stroked, hugged, and picked up when we need emotional soothing. Again, as we get older, words often replace touch. We are soothed by hearing that it’s okay to feel as we do, that things will get better, that we are loved despite whatever we did wrong. Nevertheless, you deserve to feel love, joy, and all good feelings about life.
Through the airport’s glass doors
“Distance was just a matter of time
I reminded myself”
Sometimes airports witness more true love than weddings….
